Where do you ship my order from?

All orders are shipped from Adelaide, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia but stay tuned!

How much is shipping?

for all Australian addresses, a flat rate of $12 for regular postage is applied at checkout.

Shipping rates may change at any given time due to updated postal rates from our providers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase – all orders

Delivery: Up to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural locations may take up to 2 weeks.orders are only shipped business days.

You will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Do you offer returns?

For safety & hygiene purposes, Fluffi Beauty is unable to accept any return or exchange requests for cosmetic products once they have left our warehouse.
